Create permission-aware knowledge bases with provenance, metadata filters, and graph context for grounded enterprise answers and workflows.
Overview.
BasilAOS combines governed Library content with retrieval workflows built for enterprise questions. Knowledge bases can use document chunks, metadata, ontologies, and graph relationships while preserving the source and access boundaries behind every result.
How it works.
Selected Library folders synchronize into a knowledge base. Parsing and indexing create reusable retrieval assets. At query time, BasilAOS filters results against the current user’s Library permissions and passes grounded context into the agent or Studio workflow with source provenance attached.
How to configure.
Select approved Library folders and content types.
Choose parsing, chunking, and metadata behavior.
Configure ontology or graph relationships where required.
Test retrieval quality and permission boundaries.
Attach the knowledge base to approved agents and workflows.
