Connect ERP, CRM, PLM, WMS, and other business systems so agents can retrieve approved context and execute governed actions.
Overview.
BasilAOS sits above systems of record rather than replacing them. Business-system connectors make approved objects, fields, transactions, and actions available to agents through one governed operating layer, while the original application remains the authoritative record.
How it works.
Admin configures the connector and its credentials centrally. Library or Studio maps the relevant business objects and permissions. Workbench agents retrieve only the context available to the current user, then call approved tools or workflows. Any write-back follows configured policies, validation, and review gates.
How to configure.
Identify the source system and business objects required by the workflow.
Create or select the approved connector in Admin.
Map credentials, scopes, fields, and object permissions.
Test read operations with a restricted user.
Add approval and write-back rules before enabling actions.
