Overview.

One account and permission foundation governs all four BasilAOS product planes. Enterprises can manage user identity, sessions, groups, roles, role-gated functions, file and folder permissions, and accountable super-administrator transfer without duplicating policy across separate tools.

How it works.

Admin connects the approved identity provider and maps users or groups into BasilAOS roles. File and folder ACE rules define what each user can access. The same identity and permission context follows the user into search, retrieval, agents, workflows, and administrative functions.

How to configure.

Connect the enterprise identity provider.
Map users and groups to BasilAOS roles.
Configure product and capability access.
Apply file and folder ACE permissions.
Test access, denial paths, and administrator transfer.
